DELIVERY

We Deliver the product using the Standard delivery method.Online orders are delivered using courier and require a signature upon delivery so they can be tracked safely.  We only deliver to residential or business addresses - PO Boxes are not accepted for security reasons.  Please ensure you have your order delivered to an address where someone is available to sign for it.  If you were unavailable to sign for an item when our courier has called, we will leave a card to call at the delivery address.  This card provides details of when the delivery was attempted, the item number and what you need to do to have the items re-delivered or picked up. 

We deliver orders with 2-3 Business working days.The delivery will be quite simple we deliver the order using the courier service and it will be free within the Auckland central and we charge $6 for out of the Auckland central.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

The Entrant's proof of purchase can be a copy of the relevant tax invoice or paid receipt for the purchase of the Eligible Product. A hand written receipt, delivery docket, rental or lease agreement, or Lay-by deposit or part payment receipt will not be accepted as a sufficient proof of purchase.

PRICES

Prices quoted are including GST unless otherwise stated. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the price of the goods will be the current price on the day of order. We may change our prices from time to time without notice. Prices do not include any delivery fees. We are entitled to charge a delivery fee, which will be calculated by reference to the goods purchased and the post code of the address stated in the Order.

Delays in delivery or installation of the goods or any of them will result from a lack of instructions followed through from the customer, the Customer's failure or inability to fulfil the obligations under the contract or any action or inaction by the Customer or other circumstances beyond Acs Stationery's control

DELIVERY

Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the Buyer’s address. The Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery, or the Goods shall be delivered to the Buyer at the Seller’s address. 
• ACS Stationery shall deliver the goods to the address stated on the order or as agreed by ACS Stationery in writing. 
• ACS Stationery shall deliver the goods by such carrier and such form of transport ACS Stationery consider to be appropriate. 
• The Customer agrees to inform ACS Stationery within 14 days of the date of invoice if proof of delivery is required. After this period, no liability will lie with ACS Stationery for proof of delivery. 
• ACS Stationery will not be responsible for any part delivery or delay in delivery of the goods as a result of events occurring beyond ACS Stationery's control. ACS Stationery shall not be in any way responsible for any consequences (direct or indirect) arising from such delay or non-delivery. 
• The Seller shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever due to failure by the Seller to deliver the Goods (or any of them) promptly or at all.

TRANSPORTATION AND RISK OF LOSS

If any of the Goods are damaged or destroyed prior to property in them passing to the Buyer, the Seller is entitled, without prejudice to any of its other rights or remedies under these terms and conditions (including the right to receive payment of the balance of the Price for the Goods), to receive all insurance proceeds payable in respect of the Goods. Risk in the goods shall pass to you at the time when our obligations under the contract are deemed under Delivery to be completed.

CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION

Cancellation by Seller: The seller may cancel these terms and condition or the delivery of the goods and service at any time before the delivery of the goods.The Seller shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatever arising from such cancellation.
Cancellation by the Buyer: In case of requests for order cancellations, Seller reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever. As part of usual business practice, if Seller receives a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed, Seller may cancel the order and refund the entire amount to Buyer within a reasonable period of time.

CONSUMER GUARANTEES ACT 1993

This agreement is subject, in all cases except where the Buyer is contracting within the terms of a trade/business (which cases are specifically excluded), to the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. The Customer, if an individual, has a right of access to information about the Customer held by ACS Stationery. The Customer may request correction of that information and may require that the request be stored with that information. ACS Stationery may charge reasonable costs for providing access to that information.
